We Are Medicine

We are presenting daily life tools, inviting you to look inward & nourish your being. While this can be done indoors, immersing ourselves in nature allows us to reconnect with elements in our surrounding and bringing more awareness to the present moment.

Inspired in our own unique ways, we are coming together as a community offering different medicine modalities so that we may all thrive.

We will accomplish a 2.2 mile hike with beautiful views, exercise tips, nutritious foods, herbs, nutritional education & mindfulness exercises.

Come join us as we immerse ourself in nature, exploring our physical, mental, & soul connection through mindful movement!
